We understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your genetic counseling appointment, you can do so directly from your patient dashboard.
How to cancel or reschedule
- Sign in at https://chat.probablygenetic.com/sign-in with the email address used for your submission. We'll send you a one-time passcode to log in securely.
- From the left-hand menu, select Appointment.
- You will see your upcoming appointment details, including the date, time, and whether it is a video or phone call.
- To change your appointment time, select Change appointment time. To cancel, select Cancel appointment.
