Typical turnaround: approximately 6 weeks
Once your sample is received and processed by the laboratory, results are typically available within 6 weeks. This timeline is set by the lab and may vary slightly depending on your test type or sample quality.
How your results reach you
When the lab completes your results, they will send them to Probably Genetic. Our team will then upload them to your patient portal. Please allow a few days after the lab sends us your results for them to appear- they may not be visible immediately.
You can access your results by logging into your Probably Genetic profile at probablygenetic.com.

Haven't received your results after 6 weeks?
If it has been more than 6 weeks since you returned your sample and your results are not yet showing in your portal, please reach out to our support team and include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your Probably Genetic account
- The date you returned your sample to the lab
We'll look into the status of your results and follow up with you as soon as we can.
