If you are covered by a commercial plan, you will be connected with PWN Health. PWN Health is our telehealth genetic counseling partner for all commercially insured patients. Once you have completed a profile with Probably Genetic and your eligibility is confirmed, you will receive a link to schedule an appointment with a genetic counselor at your convenience.
Please note that once connected to a telehealth provider all future communications regarding genetic counseling and testing will be directly between you and that provider. If genetic testing is recommended and ordered, you will receive a sample collection kit from the genetic testing laboratory. Please contact the lab with any questions regarding testing costs or insurance coverage. Probably Genetic will not be involved in the subsequent steps of this process except to upload any final testing results into your Probably Genetic profile.
