Typical turnaround: 6–8 weeks from sample receipt
Once the laboratory receives your sample, whole exome sequencing typically takes 6–8 weeks to complete. Please note that during periods of high volume, turnaround times may be slightly longer - you will be notified if there are any delays.
How to access your results
When your results are ready, you'll be able to view them by logging into your Probably Genetic profile at probablygenetic.com.
Haven't received your results after 8 weeks?
If it has been more than 8 weeks since you returned your sample and your results are not yet available in your profile, please reach out to our support team and include:
